KARAMBI is grown by small-holder farmers in Nyamasheke, one of the most ideal coffee growing regions in the country. Once arriving, the cherries are sorted by hand, and then dried on raised beds for three weeks. The Karambi washing station works hand in hand with RWACOF, a farmer development and sustainability initiative whose mission is providing access to education and practical resources specifically for small coffee farmers.
Karambi is a fantastic entry point if you've never ventured into this unique coffee growing region before. Sweet and approachable, distinctly Bourbon varietal, simple and elegant; this coffee is sure to please the diehards and the curious alike.
