This fantastic coffee was grown by Eli Chilcon on his family farm, La Montana. The farm is situated at 1800 meters above sea level and is planted with only caturra varietals. La Montana is the kind of farm that little coffee seedlings dream of - complete with shade trees planted around growing areas, with modern irrigation and fertilization dispersal systems strategically situated throughout the farm.

This particular lot was processed with an additional 48 hour fermentation cycle, lending the coffee delightful hints of fall spice and dried stone fruit, while still being superbly balanced and effortlessly drinkable.
