PROBANDO IDEAS is a naturally processed coffee produced by Jose Guevara, a third generation coffee farmer in Marcala. Jose is the lead producer among a small group forward thinking coffee growers who go by the name Probando Ideas (Trying Ideas). He and his team are always looking for new innovative ways to improve the quality of the coffees they produce, and sharing strategies that can be collectively adopted and used to improve every successive harvest. 

Probando Ideas is a beautifully balanced natural coffee, with bright notes of red berry and citrus, silky body, and a delightfully floral aroma. We've enjoyed every brew method that we've tried with it, but it really shines as an iced pour over.
