ANASORA is a brand new naturally processed coffee from the Southern Guji Region (our favorite). This lot is grown at extremely high elevation and is composed exclusively of cherries chosen based on their ideal ripeness. It is grown under indigenous shade trees and dried and rotated on traditional raised beds for up to 4 weeks.
Anasora has an aroma reminiscent of sparkling rose, and a silky, delicate body when brewed as drip. As the cup cools, sweet fruit flavors work their way up to the front, complemented by a crisp, floral finish.
