COLOMBIA TOLIMA is a Certified Organic coffee produced by ASEPROPAZ Cooperative in Planadas. The 130 member co-op works together to maintain the highest possible standards for organic farming practices, and regularly reinvest in community-wide efforts like improving local roads and building new warehouses and micromills that can be used by other members.

This coffee is classic Colombia- big silky body, delightfully tart acidity, and raw sugar sweetness with mellow notes of crisp pear and walnut. Take our word for it, it's delicious.
