This ridiculously tasty coffee was grown high up in the hills around the village of Gitwa in Western Rwanda. Every year, hundreds of small farmers from the area bring their cherries to be processed at the Karambi washing station, where they are meticulously washed and dried on raised beds. The result is this clean and vibrant coffee, displaying out-of-control honey/raisin sweetness, with just the tiniest hint of holiday spices on the finish. This coffee won't be around for long, so get some while it lasts!
