FINCA HUMANA is a Certified Fair Trade, Organic coffee produced by the APROCOMSA cooperative in Marcala. APROCOMSA use the phrase "Finca Humana" to describe the group's core operating principle- that human wellbeing should be the main objective of any enterprise. This focus on the human element has led to all kinds of great results. Regular seminars about new developments in organic farming practices are made available to member farmers, and proceeds from the sale of coffees are used to fund a cutting edge international school, dedicated to educating future leaders of the community.

This is our third time featuring a coffee from the APROCOMSA cooperative, and they just seem to be getting better every year.
