This Certified Fair Trade Organic offering was produced by Marizol Leonel on her farm, Los Arrayanes in Planadas, Tolima. Marizol's coffees are shade grown, hand-sorted, and dried on raised beds, ensuring that only they highest quality cherries make the cut. 

MARIZOL LEONEL has a classic profile that we have come to expect out of coffees from Tolima. Big, rich chocolatey body, balanced out by stone fruit acidity and subtle notes of honeydew and lemongrass.
