This coffee was grown by smallholder farmers and processed at one of the most established washing stations in the country. The Rwanda Trading Company works directly with farmers and assists them with essential services like agronomy training and financial literacy in order to make the most of their harvest from year to year.

GATARE is super sweet, with notes of dark fruit, butterscotch candy and a clean, floral finish. It's perfect for use as a single origin espresso or even as a small batch cold brew.
