Kiratina AB was grown by Wairimu Mujiranja on his 9 hectare farm outside of the town of Kwa Michael. Mujiranja obsessively hand-selects only the best cherries and pulps them in his motorized hand pulper, before fermenting them for 16 to 24 hours and soaking in clean water for a further 24 hours. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for up to 18 days. This attention to detail shines in the cup. Kiratina AB is one of our best coffees of the year by far.
